  • A flexible approach

    We look at every client as a unique case with a unique set of business needs. We recognise that off-the-shelf products may not offer the best solution to address your particular business issue.

    Instead we take a "toolbox" mentality, drawing on the best quantitative and qualitative methodologies that align with your needs. Qualitative tools include focus groups, in-depth interviewing, mystery and accompanied shopping, ethnographic studies and consumer diaries. Quantitative tools include online surveys, CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews), mail surveys and intercept surveys.

  • A full scale service

    We provide full-service market research, meaning that we take care of our clients from briefing to final delivery. We use our extensive network of sub-contractors where necessary to provide excellence in focus group facilities; quantitative fieldwork (face-to-face, online and CATI); data processing, coding and specialist data analysis.

    All of our partners are fully accredited and follow best practice guidelines.

Karen Harmer


Karen has over 25 years experience as a researcher and has worked both on the supplier and client side. Her skills are in the areas of brand evaluation, customer satisfaction, advertising concept development, website evaluation, new product development and communications.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Wollongong University and is QPMR accredited.

MATT Steele


Matt has over 15 years’ experience in the marketing research arena, with a combination of research experience (qualitative and quantitative), marketing training, academic psychology (cognitive) and creative leadership. He is highly versed in data manipulation and processing (including R and JavaScript) having also worked with various leading analysis and visualisation software providers.

Caryn o’sullivan


Caryn is a research consultant who has worked across a wide range of industries on a variety of clients including Railcorp, AGL, WorkCover, Sanitarium, Fairfax, Qantas, Suncorp, and Hyundai. She has considerable experience in both qualitative and quantitative research projects – specialising in qualitative methodologies and analysis.

Her research skills are focussed on exploring consumer attitudes, behaviour and relationships towards media and brands – the findings of which feed into advertising and campaign requirements, and media and marketing strategies for clients.

Caryn holds a BA (Honours) in Leisure Management, from the University of Technology, Sydney.
